Course Overview

In today’s fast-paced world, mental health challenges are more prevalent than ever, impacting one in four individuals annually. Despite this, stigma and misunderstanding often prevent open conversations and timely support. By becoming Mental Health Aware, you equip yourself with the knowledge and confidence to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others and promote a culture of empathy and support. Mental Health Aware is an introductory training programme developed by MHFA England, designed to raise awareness of mental health. Similar to first aid, it provides the foundational skills to offer initial support until professional help is available or the crisis resolves.
